Healthy Vegetable Manchow Soup

 Ingredients

  • 1 chopped green capsicum
  • 1 chopped red capsicum
  • 1 chopped yellow capsicum
  • 1chopped carrot
  • 10-12 chopped beans
  • 1 small bowl of cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of green chili
  • Salt according to taste
  • 2 tablespoon of cornflour





Method

  • Take a pan.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • Add all the chopped vegetables.
  • Add salt.
  • Add one cup of water.
  • Let them get cooked.
  • Now add soya sauce and green chili to it.
  • Now take cornflour in a bowl.
  • Add little water to it and mix it well.
  • It will be in liquid form only.
  • Now slowly add this cornflour to the pan and mix it well.
  • You can add some water to it.
  • Cook it for 7-10 minutes.

The healthy vegetable man chow soup is ready.
