Ingredients
- 1 chopped green capsicum
- 1 chopped red capsicum
- 1 chopped yellow capsicum
- 1chopped carrot
- 10-12 chopped beans
- 1 small bowl of cheese
- 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon of green chili
- Salt according to taste
- 2 tablespoon of cornflour
Method
- Take a pan.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Add all the chopped vegetables.
- Add salt.
- Add one cup of water.
- Let them get cooked.
- Now add soya sauce and green chili to it.
- Now take cornflour in a bowl.
- Add little water to it and mix it well.
- It will be in liquid form only.
- Now slowly add this cornflour to the pan and mix it well.
- You can add some water to it.
- Cook it for 7-10 minutes.
The healthy vegetable man chow soup is ready.
