Maggi Ponda

 Ingredients

1 Small Maggi Packet

1 pouch of Maggi masala

Salt according to taste

Red chili powder according to taste

1 Bowl of gram flour

1/4 spoon of Eno

1 chopped capsicum.

1 chopped onion.

1 chopped tomato




Method

Boil the Maggi.

Take gram flour in a bowl.

Add spices and vegetables to it.

Before adding the boiled Maggi add Eno to gram flour.

Mix it well.

Take a pan.

Grease it with oil.

Now add the gram flour material mixed with Maggi to the pan.

Cook it from one side and then from another side.

Serve it with tomato ketchup or green chutney.

The children will love this Maggi Ponda.
