Vegetable Idli

 Ingredients

  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/4 bowl of chopped peas
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoon of Eno
  • 2 cup of semolina
  • 1 cup of curd
  • 2 cup of water



Method

  • Take a bowl
  • Add semolina and curd
  • Add water slowly
  • Add all the vegetables.
  • Add salt.
  • Make a platter.
  • Leave it for 15 minutes.
  • Now in an idli maker add this platter.
  • Switch on the flame.
  • After 20 minutes switch off the flame.

The yummy, healthy, delicious vegetable idli is ready.
