Ingredients
- 1 chopped capsicum
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1/4 bowl of chopped peas
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 tablespoon of Eno
- 2 cup of semolina
- 1 cup of curd
- 2 cup of water
Method
- Take a bowl
- Add semolina and curd
- Add water slowly
- Add all the vegetables.
- Add salt.
- Make a platter.
- Leave it for 15 minutes.
- Now in an idli maker add this platter.
- Switch on the flame.
- After 20 minutes switch off the flame.
The yummy, healthy, delicious vegetable idli is ready.
