Healthy Rice


  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 bowl of chopped cauliflower
  • 1 chopped beetroot
  • 1 bowl of rice
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red chili powder according to taste


  • Soak the rice for 2-3 hours.
  • After that boil the rice and sieve it.
  • Now take a pan.
  • Add oil to it.
  • Add onion to it and fry it properly.
  • Add other vegetables.
  • Add spices and mix them well
  • Now add the boiled rice and mix properly.

The healthy delicious fried rice is ready to it. It is very healthy as it contains all the vegetables. Children will also like it.
