Ingredients
- 1/2 kg goosefoot
- 2 cup of flour
- Salt according to taste
- Red chili powder according to taste
- 2 boiled potatoes
Method
- Make a dough of flour.
- Clean and boil the goosefoot.
- Sieve it such a manner that no water will be left in it.
- Now mix it with the boiled potatoes.
- Add spices to it.
- Make a ball of dough.
- Fill the material of potatoes and goosefoot in your ball of dough
- Make it just like your chapati or parantha.
The goosefoot (bathue) parantha is ready.
