Goosefoot breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg goosefoot
  • 2 cup of flour
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red chili powder according to taste
  • 2 boiled potatoes



Method

  • Make a dough of flour.
  • Clean and boil the goosefoot.
  • Sieve it such a manner that no water will be left in it.
  • Now mix it with the boiled potatoes.
  • Add spices to it.
  • Make a ball of dough.
  • Fill the material of potatoes and goosefoot in your ball of dough
  • Make it just like your chapati or parantha.
The goosefoot (bathue) parantha is ready.
