Ingredients
- 1/2 kg curd
- 1/2 bowl of goosefoot
- 1/4 spoon of besan
- Salt according to taste
- 1/4 spoon of fenugreek
- Red chili powder according to taste
- 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder
Method
- Take curd in a bowl.
- Add besan and water.
- Add all spices.
- Mix it well.
- Take a pan.
- Add oil to it.
- Add goosefoot.
- Now add the curd mixture to it.
- Stir it well.
- Cook it for 15-20 minutes
- Take 2 spoons of besan in a bowl.
- Add salt and water to it.
- Mix it well and make a paste.
- Now in a pan heat the oil.
- Add the besan mixture to oil with the help of a spoon (one spoon at a time).
- You will get around 6-7 pakoras for your vegetable.
The healthy and very beneficial goosefoot kadhi (Bathue ki kadhi) is ready. It is very beneficial in winters. It gives a lot of benefits as goosefoot itself is very beneficial.
