Ingredients
- 1/2 Pumpkin
- 1 Sponge gourd
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 5-6 tablespoon of sambhar masala
- Salt according to taste
- 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric
- 7-8 chopped tomatoes
- 1-2 tablespoon of mustard seeds.
- 1 tablespoon of oil
Method
- Wash the vegetables
- Add the vegetables to the cooker.
- Add chopped tomatoes to the cooker.
- Add all spices.
- Wait for 15 minutes.
- Open the cooker and grind the vegetables a little bit with a hand mixer.
- Now in a pan add oil and mustard seeds.
- Mix them well.
- Add this material to the cooked vegetables.
The yummy delicious sambhar (South Indian Dish) is ready to it.
