Ingredients
- One bowl of rice
- Grated almonds, cashew nuts, raisins
- Pinch of color
- 3/4 cup of sugar
Method
- Soak the rice in water for 1 hour.
- Boil the rice in water.
- When they get cooked sieve the rice.
- Now in a cooker add 2 tablespoons of desi ghee.
- Add dry fruits.
- Add color.
- Add sugar.
- Add the cooked rice and two bowls of water.
- Wait for one whistle and switch off the flame.
The yummy, delicious and tasty sweet (meethe) rice is ready.
