Yummy Carrot Fritters

   In winters we love carrots too much and we used to make so many dishes of carrot. We can make so many dishes from carrots that will be beneficial for kids also.

The recipe of one of the dish is:

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup of Grated carrots
  • 1 Cup of Gram flour
  • 2 Tablespoon of cornflour
  • Corriander leaves
  • Green chili
  • Salt according to taste
  • Ginger

Method

  • Take a bowl.
  • Put all the ingredients in the bowl.
  • Mix it well.
  • Add some water and mix it well.
  • Make small balls.
  •  Deep fry them.

The yummy carrot fritters are ready and children can also eat them.
