Ingredients

  • 3-4 carrots
  • 1 Tomato
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red chili powder
  • 1/4  tablespoon of turmeric powder

Method

  • Peel off the carrot.
  • Cut it into slices.
  •  Take a pan and add oil to it.
  • Add cumin powder
  • Add carrot.
  • Now add spices and mix them well
  • Add one glass of water.
  • Cover the pan with the lid.
  • Cook it for 10 minutes.

Carrot vegetable is ready.
