Delicious Dessert


  • 4-5 Carrots
  • Sugar according to taste
  • Almonds
  • 1/2 kg of milk 


  • Peel off the carrots.
  • Boil them and let them cool down.
  • Grind them and make a paste.
  • Now boil the milk.
  • Add carrot paste to the milk.
  • Mix it well.
  • Add sugar and stir well.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Add almonds.

The yummy dessert (carrot kheer) is ready.
