Delicious and healthy vegetable

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg spinach
  • 1/4 bowl of green gram split
  • 2 green chili
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/4 spoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 spoon of cumin powder
  • 1/4 spoon of asafoetida.

Method

  • Take a pressure cooker.
  • Put the well-washed spinach in it.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Add water.
  • Cook it for 15 minutes.
  • Now grind it well.
  • Take a pan.
  • Add desi ghee in it.
  • Add cumin powder and asafoetida.
  • Mix it with the spinach.

Our spinach vegetable is ready.
