Ingredients
- 1/2 kg spinach
- 1/4 bowl of green gram split
- 2 green chili
- Salt according to taste
- 1/4 spoon of turmeric powder
- 1/4 spoon of cumin powder
- 1/4 spoon of asafoetida.
Method
- Take a pressure cooker.
- Put the well-washed spinach in it.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Add water.
- Cook it for 15 minutes.
- Now grind it well.
- Take a pan.
- Add desi ghee in it.
- Add cumin powder and asafoetida.
- Mix it with the spinach.
Our spinach vegetable is ready.
