Carrot Fries


  • 3-4 Carrots
  • One cup of flour
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/4 spoon of red chili powder
  • One green chili
  • Grated ginger
  • Bread crumbs


  • Peel off the carrot
  • Cut it into small slices
  • Boil them.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Put flour in a bowl.
  • Add salt, chili, and ginger
  • Add some water and make a paste
  • Dip carrot slices in this paste
  • Now roll the carrot slices with bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry the carrot slices.

Our carrot fries are ready. You can serve them with green chutney.
