Ingredients
- 3-4 Carrots
- One cup of flour
- Salt according to taste
- 1/4 spoon of red chili powder
- One green chili
- Grated ginger
- Bread crumbs
Method
- Peel off the carrot
- Cut it into small slices
- Boil them.
- Take a bowl.
- Put flour in a bowl.
- Add salt, chili, and ginger
- Add some water and make a paste
- Dip carrot slices in this paste
- Now roll the carrot slices with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry the carrot slices.
Our carrot fries are ready. You can serve them with green chutney.
