  In winters we love carrots too much and we used to make so many dishes of carrot. One of the amazing and delicious pickles is carrot pickles. In winters we all love to eat this pickle. With every vegetable, we used to eat this pickle. It is very easy to make this pickle. You can also store it for 10-12 days. As we all know carrots are having lots of benefits. People used to take carrot pickles as a salad also.

Recipe of carrot pickle

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Carrots
  • Salt according to taste
  • !/4 spoon of turmeric
  • 2 Tablespoon of Powdered mustard seeds
  • 2 Tablespoon of hot mustard oil

Method

  • Peel off the carrots.
  • Cut it into slices or you can grate it.
  • Mix salt, turmeric, mustard seeds, and oil.

The delicious pickle is ready.
