   We eat eggs in winters as they are having lots of benefits. We can make so many dishes from the egg. We can make omelets, parantha and egg vegetables also.

Now, here is one yummy recipe for you.


  • 4 Eggs
  • Chopped Onion
  • 2 big spoons of cornflour.
  • 2 big spoons of flour.
  • Water.
  • Salt
  • Chili flakes.
  • Bread Crumbs


  • Crack the eggs.
  • Whisk them well.
  • Add chopped onion.
  • Add chili flakes and stir it well.
  • Now take a cake tin and make greasy it with oil.
  • Now pour the egg material in it.
  • Now in a cooker take some water and put a stand over it.
  • Now put the cake tin over the stand.
  • After 15-20 minutes switch off the flame and let it cool down.
  • Unmould it and cut it into the pieces.
  • Now in a bowl and cornflour and flour.
  • Add salt.
  • Add water.
  • Make a semi-thick mixture.
  • Dip egg sticks to this mixture and then apply bread crumbs to it.
  • Now just deep fry them.
  • The yummy egg dish is ready.
