Ingredients
- 2 Guava
- Tomato puree of 2 tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh curd
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 spoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 spoon turmeric powder
- Red chili according to your taste
- Salt according to your taste
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon cashew nuts
- 1 small spoon sugar
Method
- Take a pan
- Put oil in it.
- Add cumin seeds.
- Add turmeric powder.
- Add tomato puree.
- Mix it well.
- Add red chili powder
- Remove the seeds of guava.
- Now add curd into a pan.
- Add guava and mix it well
- Add one cup of water.
- Add sugar and salt.
- Add raisins and cashew nuts.
- Cook it for 5-8 minutes.
- Delicious guava vegetable is ready.
