Everybody loves South Indian dishes but it takes time to prepare them. We can make crispy dosa in a very easy way 

Recipe of crispy dosa


  • 1 Cup Dosa Rice
  • Watermelon
  • Salt according to taste


  • Soak the rice for 2-3 hours.
  • Separate the red and white part of the watermelon.
  • Peel off the white part.
  • Put the white part in a blender.
  • Blend it properly to make a puree.
  • Strain the rice.
  • Blend it with the watermelon puree.
  • Add salt.
  • Now leave the puree for 6-8 hours.
  • Put the material on Tawa in circle form.
  • Crispy Dosa will be ready in 3-4 minutes only.

Enjoy South Indian dish with sambhar and chutney. It is very easy to make this dosa and it contains so many benefits as it contains watermelon.
