 Royal Rice

Ingredients:

  • One tablespoon of oil.
  • 4-5 red chillis.
  • 4-5 green chillis.
  • Half spoon of mustard seeds.
  • Half spoon of chana dal.
  • 7-9 cashew nuts.
  • Some curry leaves.
  • 1/4 spoon of sugar.
  • One bowl half boiled rice.

Method

  • Take some oil in a pan.
  • Put red chillis.
  • Add mustard seeds.
  • Add chana dal.
  • Add cashew nuts.
  • Add curry leaves.
  • Add green chillis.
  • Add turmeric powder.
  • Add salt.
  • Add lime juice.
  • Add half boiled rice.
  • Sprinkle a little bit of sugar.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
The yummy rice is ready. It is having a lot of benefits.
