Sushant's last film 'Dil Bechara' was yet to release and Sanjana was his co-star. The Mumbai police asked so many questions to Sanjana and it went for seven hours. In her statement, she refuted the rumors that she had accused Sushant harassment in 2018. There was a rumor that Sanjana was uncomfortable with his friendly behavior.
On 19 October 2018, Sushant said that there was nothing between Sanjana and him. Everything was a rumor.
Then Sanjana also posted a clarification statement on social media.
Now Sanjana had left Mumbai and went back to Delhi and she posted few lines
" Khuda Hafiz Mumbai, Mein chali Delhi wapis
Apki sadke kuch sunsan si lagi
Shyad mere dil mein jo dukh hein mere naziriye ko badal rahe"
