Pro and Contra of watermelon

As you all know watermelon is a fruit which comes in summer filled with nutrients. It contains atleast
90-92% of water. It is a low calorie fruit in summer or snack you can say. It helps us to stay hydrated in summer. It is very sweet in taste. It is very juicy. It is a very good antioxidant. It is rich in potassium and Vitamin A, C ,B.

There are so many pro or benefits of eating watermelon:

  • Consumption of watermelon in men can reduce and treat impotence.

  • It cleans the toxic substances in the kidneys.
  • It also reduces the uric acid levels.
