Paneer Recipe

Today,I have a paneer recipe for you. As paneer is liked by all of us and dishes made up of paneer are one of our favourite dishes.
Everybody should include paneer in their diet as paneer itself has a lot of benefits.
1.It is a milk product and rich in calcium.
2.It helps in removing the weakness. 
3.It makes the bones and joints strong. 
4.It is rich in Vitamin D and helps to prevent tooth decay.
5.It is very rich in protein.

Changezi Paneer
It is very popular paneer recipe and has an amazing taste.


Paneer       250gm
Curd           2 table spoon
Besan                4 table spoon
Turmeric powder  1 table spoon
Salt according to your taste
Red chilli according to your taste
Cloves   3-4  pieces
Tomatoes   6-7 
Onions       3-4 
Coriander powder  1 table spoon
Coriander leaves for garnishing


1.Cut the paneer into big pieces. 
2.Mix besan, curd in a bowl.
3.Now mix paneer pieces very softly in this. 
4.Chop the onions and put them a side.
5.Chop the tomatoes in the puree form.
6.Now take a pan. Put some oil in it. When the oil gets heat up then put the pieces of cloves and fry the onions till they become brown in color.
7.Pour the tomato puree in it
8.Now put the spices in it i.e salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix it well.
9.Now put a glass of water in it and when the water gets boil put the paneer pieces in it that you have marinated in starting.
10.Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Everybody should try this as paneer itself is having so much of 
benefits and children will love this.
