International Yoga Day

"The things that are happening outside can not be controlled but the things that are happening inside can be controlled." 
By doing yoga we can  do all these things. The term Yoga has been derived from sanskrit word 'Yuj.' Yoga is gift for all of us and we all are adapting this day by day. It helps to maintain complete balance between mind and body.

International Yoga Day is observed on 21 June of every year and it was started by our respected Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. in 2015.

There are so much benefits of yoga. Some of the benefits are:

1. It increases your energy level.
2. It helps to live calm.
3. It relieves body pain.
4. It helps in weight loss.
5. It is very good for diabitic patient as it lowers the blood suger.
6. It improves the function of lungs.
7. It increases focus and concentration.
8. It increases flexibility in your body.
9. It improves your body posture.

Yoga should be done everyday to live happy , healthy and peaceful life. It should be a part of our daily routine.
