How to increase immunity in children?


In today's scenario there is a very big question in everybody mind that how immunity should get increased in children.

So, I am here to give you some important tips to increase immunity in children.

1. Include Yogurt and Citrus fruits in your diet.
2. Include Eggs in your diet.
3. Do Exercise daily.
4. Take proper sleep.

Yogurt




Yogurt boost your immunity as it contains beneficial bacteria. Please try to give yogurt daily to your child
as in the form of lassi, raita.


Citrus Fruits


These are the best source of Vitamin C. for eg. Lemon.


Lemon can make your dishes tangy and tasty. It can also destroy all intestinal worms.
It is very helpful in boosting immune system.
Include lemon or any other citrus fruits in your diet on daily basis.


Eggs


As you have already heard " Sunday ho ya Monday roj khao Andey." , It is true that you should include
Egg in your diet daily in the form of boiled egg, omellette whichever you like most.



Egg is a complete protein food.

Yoga helps you to stay fit and healthy. It removes stagnation. It also promotes fluidity througout the tissues 
through mental and emotional spheres.
