How to do meditation?

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what's doing around us.

Everybody wants to do meditation but nobody knows the exact way of doing it. There are some steps by which you can do meditation.

As we all know that the time which is going on is very high because of corona virus everybody has to stay at home , negative thoughts are developing very fast but we have to be always positive.

Meditation is that when you are able to use the power of mind. Preferably , it should be done in the morning but you can choose any time according to you.


1.  Find a comfortable seat.
2.  Sit in cross legged position.
3.  Place your hands on your knees or on your lap.
4.  Sit straight.
5.  Don't move.
6.  Concentrate on your breath.
7.  You must try that your face should be towards east.
8.  Close your eyes.
9.  Try to do it 15-20 minutes daily.
10. You should feel yourself very fresh
