Aloe vera Recipe


Everbody knows that aloe vera is very much beneficial for all of us. Aloe vera makes our skin healthy.
Aloe vera is a best solution for stomach problems and joint pains. It strengthens our immunity system which in return helps us to fight many diseases.
Aloe vera can be consumed in many ways :
1.Some people used to take aloe vera in the form of gel along with one table spoon of milk.
2.Aloevera can also be taken in the form of juice also. Aloe vera juice are available in the markets.
3.Some people used to make alovera ladoo also.

Aloe vera can also be consumed in the form of sabji also. So, today here is the recipe of aloe vera sabji

Alovera Sabji

Ingredients
1.Alovera leaves - 2 leaves
2.Oil - 1/2 table spoon
3.Salt- According to your taste
4.Asofetida(Hing)- 1/2 table spoon
5.Cumin seeds - 1/2 table spoon
6.Coriander powder - 1/2 table spoon
7.Coriander leaves - for garnishing
8.Turmeric powder - 1/2 table spoon
9.Green chilli- 1/2 table spoon (finely chopped)

Method

1.  Cut aloe vera into pieces.
2.  Boil water and put salt and turmeric powder in the water.
3.  Put aloe vera in the boiled water.
4.  Cook aloe vera for 6-7 minutes.
5.  Now take out aloe vera from water.
6.  Again wash the boiled aloe vera with normal water 2-3 times.
7.  Take oil in a pan.
8.  Add spices in a pan.
9.  Now add boiled alovera in this pan and stir constantly.
10.Cook for 2-3 min until all aloevera is coated nicely with spices. Cook it for 4-5 minutes.


Tempting and delicious aloe vera sabji is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves. This can be stored in refrigerator for 4-5 days.Aloe vera is very beneficial for us.
